After attending the Climate Implementation Summit in Sharm Al Sheikh, Egypt, Prime Minister (PM) Shehbaz Sharif arrived in London on Wednesday for a private visit.
Shehbaz Sharif, the prime minister, will stay at his son's house in London. The premier will have a meeting with former Pakistani prime minister and leader of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz, Nawaz Sharif, while he is in the country.
The gathering is anticipated to cover the general political climate of the nation.
The PML-N leader would allegedly advise the premier on on important issues. Imran Khan, the leader of the PTI, had already called for early elections, but the ruling coalition had rejected his call, claiming that only the coalition parties would choose when elections would be held.
In his speech to the COP27 meeting on Tuesday, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif called attention to the misery of Pakistan, which had been devastated by floods, and said that the nation needed more money—not debt—to rebuild a resilient and flexible infrastructure.
